Laptop not connecting to the internet

My laptop will connect to my wifi, but will either so no internet. or it will have internet but it will be so slow it may well not be there.

He means the horrifying "Connected, No Internet" message in the WiFi menu.

My laptop will connect to my wifi, but it will say connected with no internet. or it will have internet but it will be so slow it may well not be there. All my other devices are connected to the internet working fine.

forget the wifi then reconnect

Did you try restarting your router at least?

i have tried econnecting. i tried updates, i tried using ethernet. nothing seemed to work
