PC Slows to a Crawl When Using Streaming Apps

Specs: Rtx 4070 17 14700k 32gb

Displays: 3440x1440 @240hz 2650x1440@240hz

2560x1440 @144hz

This has been an ongoing issue for too long and I want it to be solved. When I have anything more than a single monitor connected, my entire PC slows down to the point of being unusable after opening any streaming app. I’m talking like 1fps or less.  Same goes for streaming using a browser. This includes apps like Netflix, Spotify, Apple Music, Hulu etc. they all do the same thing.

If I disconnect all but my main monitor, the issue goes away completely, even if I plug the monitors back in afterwards. I just have to have only one monitor enabled before I open any streaming app. It's very annoying to have to unplug my other monitors every time I want to stream anything, even if it is technically a solution. I also worry about the longevity of the ports on my GPU if I'm constantly unplugging and plugging cables back in. Please tell me someone has a solution for this.
