My buddy gave me his 3070 after it started acting funky. Funky as in his game kept crashing on him. He never updated his drivers. I started looking into it. The fans are at 100% and when i try to either manual install the drivers or use Nvidia software it says completed. I'll restart the computer and the drivers are still not installed and it ask to install them again. The system is using my integrated graphics though the GPU

I've tried going into device manger and uninstalling the drivers then removing the device

I've tried using NVidia clean wipe when doing the custom installer.

I've ran DDU and tried reinstalling the drivers and nothing.

Yes, the display and tried HDMI cable are going to the GPU and not my MB

Any ideas to help me out?
