Z790 Steel Legend WiFi BIOS 19.02 or 18.01

I have the Z790 Steel Legend WiFi with BIOS 18.01

I noticed BIOS 19.02 came out, and was wondering if I should update, since I thought 18.01 was going to be the last.

Does anyone have the 19.02 for this motherboard? Any probs?

What are the differences?

Could I roll back if I see instabilities?

Do you recommend I update?
