My dream literally would to fly to the LMG and visit a day of the offices action. It literally looks like such an organized work space. From the labs to the office. It seems so cool. @LinusTech Would it be a Dream land to see?

Maybe cross your fingers and hope they offer "VIP Packages" once they finally launch Whale LAN.

Office tours were available when they had LTX and it's also where one of the inciting incidents for the August 2023 controversies came from.

Considering they have like 3 or 4 different buildings at this point with staff every which way... Yeah. They are far from the best. It's the bare minimum expected of an office with inventory

I thik you meant to say processes, not workspace. I would recommend you take a look at BTS content on floatplane. The amount of cramming into spots and walking around in spaces that weren't designed to be used as they are currently. Only Labs and SmashChamps are designed to be used for the current needs. Rest are expanded as company has grown, and results make it far from optimized or organized.

Yeah, I think LMG's sets and offices can only really be "organized" if they ever get the opportunity to buy the other half of the Labs building and rebuild their production operations from scratch in there. For example, the server room and edit den in the OG studio building are where they are because that's what made sense at the time. But "what made sense at the time" doesn't necessarily make sense now, or in the future.

 

That's just what happens when your company organically outgrows its space.
