Hello everyone. Specs off memory

mobo: Asus z-790-A

RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000mhz
CPU: Intel 13900k

GPU: RTX 4090

I am currently having issues with booting my PC. It won’t boot unless i hit the clear CMOS button. I’ve tried updating the BIOS and it worked for one singular cold start and then after that nothing. I hit the power button on the case and mobo and have to hold it down and i get nothing but a click sound and sometimes the RGB on the RAM turns on. I’ve replaced the CMOS to a new one and still the same issue. My current solution is to just leave my computer on and not let it go into sleep mode because if that happens it won’t turn back on. Any suggestions please? I have a feeling i may need to replace the mobo but i would really not like to and to be able to wait to upgrade my CPU and mobo to AMD as soon as i can
