guys help my game always say out of range

so i want to play samp and usually i will alt+enter for some reason after reinstalling it doesn't work

 my monitor is also 16 inch (low budget build)

My guess is you played in Windowed mode before and now is full screen. "Out of range" suggests that the refresh rate and resolution are not compatible.

I don't know how to do it, Alt+Enter doesn't work and it goes straight to fullscreen

Frankly, I have no idea what you're talking about. Its helpful to describe your situation and what is occurring in a little more detail if you want someone to be able to help.

 

Full system specs including display resolution? What game? SAMP? 

 

The game likely isn't saying out of range, but your display is. We don't know what resolution the display is or what you have it set to in game but there is probably a mixup there. Does the game startup in fullscreen or no? 

 

Exactly what the process is for this error to occur is not clear, please try to describe things a bit better.

Your computer is trying to drive the monitor at a resolution it doesn't support. Try Windowed mode and set the resolution to whatever your normal desktop uses at the most.

 

What model monitor do you have?

If it's a 16" monitor then the resolution is possibly too low for modern games.

so i want to play gta san andreas multiplayer game and i usually use windowed so i can play my monitor resolution is 1080p it seems gta wants more than that and now i want to lower it

and even i can't enter loading the game

benq 16inch model , I also can't enter windowed mode which I usually alt+enter

You may be able to edit the config outside of the game so that when fullscreen is selected, its correct. https://gtamods.com/wiki/Gta_sa.set

Actually, the more you google about this, the more information there is. I feel like you have many things to be trying.
