No one can fix this, but lets ask anyway! USB3HDCAP Capture card to Sega Saturn - Component Video Issues

Hi Everyone. I have a Sega Saturn that I am trying to stream to my PC so it can run twitch.  Let me give some context to my setup and then if someone thinks there is a fix at all, will make it so I can stream the Saturn without it being incredibly inconvenient.

Consoles:
Sega Genesis

SNES

Sega Saturn

PS1

PS2

All are connected by HD Retrovision Component Video Cables. The Sega Saturn and PS1 use an adapter that connects to the console, but all three consoles share a cable with the Sega Genesis(I disconnect and connect the cable between the 3 consoles since its $65 USD).

The HD Retrovision cables connect into TWO 8x1 passive switches that are composite video. The way this is achieved is you can send the video signal passively in the top switch (Yellow, White, Red), and Audio Signal in the bottom switch (Red and White). As long as they are both connected to the same Number on the manual switchboard, I just press "1" and "1" and video and audio will display correctly.

Ok, so the passive switches output 1 connection of component video into a Amplified Splitter of component video, 1 in 4 out. The input connection is the component video from the 8x1 splitters, the output is to the Sony trinitron TV model# Sony KV-32FS12 . The other output goes to the capture card - (StarTech.com HDMI Video Capture Device - 1080p - 60fps Capture Card - USB Video Recorder - with HDMI DVI VGA, TAA (USB3HDCAP), the capture card connects directly to the PC.

I know that is probably a lot of unnecessary information, but its important to share because some of the solutions I will receive will not work.

So first of all, the capture card actually works fine, and this whole crazy chain has no issues. All the systems power up and run beautifully to the CRT. The capture card simultaneously runs and captures beautifuly on the PS2, Sega Genesis, SNES, and PS1. So my goal of streaming to twitch while playing on the CRT Is complete, except for the Sega Saturn.

When the Sega Saturn runs, it works perfectly on TV, but on the capture card, it says no signal. We go into settings, set to auto or S-Video, and it reads that and outputs a Black and White video signal. This is not ideal but so far where I am stuck, since I need to use component video. If I do not use component video, I cannot output to the TV and the capture card. I state this because we DID test it with composite video directly from the Saturn to the capture card, and it displays in full color on the PC. Sounds like my fix but the problem is 1.) The output is lower quality 2.) My splitter is 1 in 4 out, meaning I would have to disconnect component from my splitter and plug into composite as the output to run it off the CRT, and then to change the adapter from component to composite for just the saturn anytime I use the saturn. This is far from idea, especially with a 165lb tv and the mess of wires back there, you definitely want a "set and forget setup at a certain point, trust me lol.

Troubleshooting done:
1.) Passive Switches - no effect on signal to capture card or TV when removed from chain of custody.

2.) Active Splitter - no effect on signal to capture card or TV when removed from chain of custody.

3.) HD Retrovision cable - works fine on Sega Genesis and on Playstation 1, reading as S-Video with no color to the capture when Sega Saturn.

4.) Sega Saturn itself via composite - works fine to capture card, full video and color, too inconvenient to use as requires disconnecting splitter and adapter to capture card each use.

5.) Tested every single video decoder on the capture cards settings while set to component video input, never gave a signal.

6.) tested every single input setting even VGA to see if we got any other results, only S-Video displayed for saturn with component cables.

I've included 4 screenshots, the two black and white images are sega saturn when set to auto or s-video input with the component cable, the other image is the sega genesis connected to the capture card with the exact cable that was plugged into the saturn. The 4th screenshot just shows that it reads as no signal when set to component video input.
Somewhere in the handshake between sega saturn, HD retrovision cable, and the capture card, it decides it is S-Video with no colors. If anyone works a miracle and can fix this for me, I will have a pizza delivered to you.

I imagine this will dissapear into the sands of time, a forgotten niche use of old tech with no answer or solution. So Cheers to you all.

Only other clue I received on reddit is how the JAP Sega Saturn uses 100volts instead of 120v. I can't imagine that is related to it coming through reading component as S-Video though.
