Need insight on choosing an AMD CPU (7000 and 9000 series)

Hi, once again I am here to ask for an insight. I want to ask your view on which products below would provide the better value.

Just assume that this is for a new build and usage is mainly for gaming and general use.

For note, currency provided is in USD but I am not from NA so please tolerate any pricing oddity if there's any.

 

7600x - ~220$

7700x - ~325$

9600x - ~260$

9700x - ~345$

 

It's also possible for me to buy 9600x and 9700x TRAY, which would costs roughly ~220$ and ~280$ respectively.

I can't afford 7800x3d nor 9800x3d as it is way above my budget.

 

Which one would you choose if you are given that options to get the best value if tray options are available and which one if there is no tray option?

For gaming and general use it's tough to beat the 7600 (non X) for price to performance.

If you can afford it then I'd get the 9700X tray for $280.

However, if you want to save as much $ and put it towards better GPU then try to look at the 7500f

Thank you for all of your answers. It surely helped me on getting a better perspective on it.

 

The reason why I didn't ask for an entire build is because it's a complicated situation for me on my end so I just want to ask a few things.
