Budget: $1800

Country: USA, Not near a microcenter.

It will be used for: 3D Modeling / Rendering, Intense gaming (I'd like to crank up graphical settings in games and I'm into modding,) Digital artsy things, tinkering in Unreal Engine / Unity & casual use, maybe streaming in the future. Blender, clip studio paint. I'm aiming to be able to run those hyperrealistic mods in cyberpunk, I know that needs a beefy gpu.

Other details:
I got the RAM already, could have went with 32gb but already got it and it's fine.
I got the case as well, I'll be getting everything over the next 2 months. I'll watch for price changes.
I'm coming off of a 1660 super / Ryzen 5 2600 so this should be quite the jump up.
I'd like to jump from 1080 to 1440p, my current monitor is 144hz, I need accurate colors but also good for gaming.

I don't want used parts, mostly bad experiences with that unfort.

I'm unsure on the GPU, CPU & Motherboard. I got no technical knowledge in these areas.
I just wanted 12gb or more vram, a cpu for the more productive things I do that would be good for gaming too is why I picked an x3d and a black mobo that looked good.
Anywhere I'm overboard and could cut costs on?

If you want color accurate monitor, I'd ask in Displays, it's easier to ask there than bunch of gaming nerds here that will just give you fast response time monitor with mediocre color accuracy that perhaps could have been better with another even if it sacrifices little bit of response time.

PSU and Motherboard.

Also GPU, but that's a tough task, because overall GPU prices are bad right now. 5070 Ti is supposed to cost 750-800$, costs 900$ instead.
