anti corutsive addatives for custom loop

i am building a custom loop, i ilive in Iran and addatives are not available in my country, also car coolants in here doesnt have any anti corution addatives in them and we usually use only anti freeze, does anyone knows what anti corution chemicals i have to use in the loop with water please? i really searched so hard to find any kind of pc coolant but there isnt anything available, also i was thinking of using mineral oil instead of water based coolant, i really appreciate if you share any information you might have, thank you so much
