Trying to boot into default main windows 11 always makes pc go "Preparing repair options" help.

So i have two windows 11s installed on my pc...and trying to boot into the main one for last 2 days always brings up "preparing repair options" why? I went to bios and set boot order to correct still the same issue.  But whrn i go into recovery menu amd select boot into another operating system and go into secondsry install it works... Whats wrong with the orimary windows install? Help

On separate drives? Is "main one" the new or the previous installation?

Main one ininstalled first.. then second one.. and yes different drives
