By download you ran the Windows Installation media executable to burn the windows iso to flash drive right?

You are getting that message because your usb drive is not a bootable device. Which suggests the iso has not been copied to the usb drive correctly.

Hey all! Just finished building my new PC, everything posts and is good in BIOS.

However... I have downloaded the Windows Installation Media to a flash drive, inserted the flash drive to the new PC and selected in BIOS as the boot priority. Once I save and exit, it just says, "remove disks or other media. press any key to restart."

Am I missing something, shouldn't it automatically boot the windows installation on the flash drive? Sorry if I'm missing something very obvious but I have been stuck here for ours. Thank you in advance for any and all help!

It would appear I in fact missed something extremely obvious. I am so sorry hahaha but thank you very much!
