Hey dudes, so I'm slowly starting to order parts for my new build (currently rocking the 7800xt and Ryzen 5 3600 in 1440p 180hz so I'm upgrading my CPU to the 9800X3D ) and I can't decide on a mobo, because I really like the B650M Aorus elite; the look, aesthetics and such but I'm really scared of the 9800X3D burning issues which are really annoying plus Id need to do my 1st Bios flash and idk should I get a B850M motherboard instead? Mabye the Gigabyte Gaming X since I can't find a B850M Aorus in black for the life of me, I want a good reliable mobo that isn't AsRock since I've heard horror stories about AsRock+9800X3D.So I want the best mobo for around the B650M Aorus Elite price range, sorry if the post was a bit ranty. ❤️

The B650M Aorus elite is plenty fine for a 9800X3D.

Yes, there has been some issues with 9800X3D burning and most have happened on ASRock boards.

But considering the amount of 9800X3D that are out there its an incredibly small number.

The B650M GAMING X AX is also very solid for the 9800X3D.

I personally use an ASUS TUF B650 PLUS WIFI with my own 9800X3D and its overclocked from 5.2Ghz to 5.6Ghz and I am not worried in the slightest that anything will happen.

Been running solid for months now.

Remember that you will mostly read negative reviews or posts because something bad happened.

The other 99.99% of the people who don't have issues won't post about how well its running...They are just playing video games and having fun.
