No Problem at all.
Good, then its non conductive and not an issue. Just try to clean what you can and plug it in, no problem at all.
I have seen CPU sockets with a lot of paste with CPU's working just fine.
Just wanted to make sure cause if the paste was conductive, there would be a lot more problems.
