I am building my 1st PC preferred to be a white theme with RGB, I need some advice or recommendation.

 

I selected some option below, not sure if it good enough or there is better options.

 

I have also attached a pricelist pdf of the parts sold in area.

 

Budget (including currency): SGD $1200- $1500

Country: Singapore

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 

- Window Server HomeLab, Using VMware Workstation to run 3-5 vm

- Bluestack gaming

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp

 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

- I don't play High Graphics games or FPS games

- 2x 1440p Monitors

For your ram the speed is good but try to find one with a cl of 30 or 32.

Hard to tell how much remains for the GPU... Given your goals I suppose Nvidia is better, a 4060Ti 16GB is the way to go, even if it's bad value, 5060Ti is even worse...

As for the PSU any 750W+ Gold rated from a good brand (Corsair, BQ, ...) will be ok

The pricelist i saw there is TEAM T-FORCE DELTA RGB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 AMD EXPO

 

I guess this is a good swap?
