Tablet is power leds when pc is off

Hello and sorry any  of my english typing.

 

I have a very weak tablet with usb-c port and try to gave a change to use it to monitor temps.

I Make everythig to put tablet to wake on charge and prevent to screen of when charging.

But before i make all the changes, i have this issue and still goes on.

Anyone have an idea to solve this issue when tablet is conected to pc and pc is off?

Tablet is an allwiner t8100 stock rom

If you unplug it then plug it back in after turning off your pc does it still charge?

No power on usb ports when pc is off, unplug and plug the tablet still doing same issue when pc is off.

Don´t know why, try with an redmi phone and its ok, not power on the leds.

Only this tablet does this.

 

In fact, it keeps doing this all time till tablet battery draw.

Since no one can help, i figure this can work fine.

One way that i think shold be work without using usb port.

Strapping an usb-c cable and plug/solder positive and negative on 5V cable on pc power supply. Them use the app

i use to wake up tablet when pc starts.

I think this is the best way to avoid this problem.
