Hello! I'm trying to search a Motherboard in LGA 1700 that maybe can support bifurcation at 4x4x4x4. I was trying for first time to request PC component to ChatGPT and he say me that the Taichi Z790 is capable to support 4x4x4x4 bifurcation but i want to confirm if its true or not because i see anywhere that is confirmed that the Taichi Z790 support 4x4x4x4 bifurcation. On Asrock website i see that the MB support bifurcation to 5.0 8x8 and on the PCIe3 (the low port) x4 but its not 4x4x4x4 yes? What i search is a Motherboard with a capability of 128GB of DDR5 in 4 slots and possibilities to mount a Hyper M.2 Gen4 on the PC. Why Z790? Because i dont have money for Motherboard in x144 PCIe Line and i need a lot of fast storage because i mount a sound system PC and in CPU i'm perfect with a 14700K i have already buy for the PC and i dont have money for Threadrippers at the same performances but i need a lot of storage for all my Kontakt, Omnisphere, Nexus and Labs banks (in part). Also because on my sound Studio here is no WiFi to not pay 2 good quality WiFi per month (in my country is 60€/month a good stable Wifi) i has decided to not get one in to pay lower cost at long time so because sometimes somes plugins or soundbanks has bug or corruption i want to keep all the zips and installers of this massive lot of contents in disk space if i need to reinstall someone and to launch this i need to make it on good SSD because is not tiny programs and sometimes here comes projects that touch one hour with a lot of big plugins open (like 8 Omnisphere, 18 Kontakt, 4 Nexus in one session for a random exemple for people that know the branch) and one or two of theses can run on HDD but if we pickup a lot in one project i have somes massive freezes, lags and cuts before the mixing step. I say this because i making it on my actual PC on Seagate Exos HDD that is pretty fast HDD (the fasted HDD series of Seagate) and he cant support the charge fine. So i say that, HDD is not fine after tested it. Its for this lags reasons in part i decided to make a PC axed to SSD M.2 storage and a Motherboard in LGA 1700 that can support 4x4x4x4 for a Hyper M.2. Also i want to install somes games on this PC to chill sometimes after somes long sound sessions. If someone have a good reference for me i'm open to your references

Have you considered just using Add In Card? Something like Aorus Gen4 AIC Card or Asus Hyper M.2 x16 fits your M.O, just plug the GPU onto the 2nd x16 slot. You dont have to plug the GPU at the top slot. This skips the need to find that high end of a motherboard for a dead end platform.
