Will MSI Radeon RX 6600 XT Gaming X Run Run with 450w PSU?

System Configuration:

Processor: AMD 3600

Motherboard: Gigabyte b450m s2h

Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro SL 16GB (8Gbx2)

Processor Cooler: Deepcool AK400

Casing Cooler: 3x Fan (Non RGB)

SSD: 1x

HDD: 1X 7200RPM

PSU: Corsair CX450

 

NOTE: Nothing OC

 

Will MWill MSI Radeon RX 6600 XT Gaming X Run  Run with 450w PSU?

It should be fine. But if it's a green label CX 450 I wouldn't rely on it, it could shutoff/trigger a reboot if going for high refresh-rates (aka leave vsync on). I had the 850W version and it was bad.

My old (2018) 650W PSU should have been overkill for my 6700XT, but it wasn't.

Suggested PSU from AMD is 500W but 450W I think should be alright as long as the PSU is solid. Also, this one random guy on reddit (so take it with a mountain of salt) claims it was alright for him:

But the most important thing is to look at the total wattage of your existing components and check if there's enough room left for the card. Also make sure that the PSU is alright.
