PC Turns on but no display

Update

it’s fixed, turns out the cause of the no display even BIOS is because it was unstable and after checking the CPU, it had a bent pin, after straightening the pin everything was back to normal but had to clear and fix corrupted files.

Hello guys, i need help even after trying everything form this forum and other places.

Yesterday, i swapped cases and after swapping everything into the new casing and plugging everything maybe, it turns on but there is no display, even after swapping the RAM slots, Reseating the GPU and reseating the RAM again and i tried resetting the CMOS and it’s still the same, i know the PSU works because it powers on my fans and ARGB and the MOBO has a SB_power light on is that what’s causing the no display?

and yes the HDMI is plugged into the GPU and not the MOBO. There’s not even a bios setting for me to get into.

My GPU turns on too, the fan spins but only for awhile, then it stops spinning

Not sure if the video would help

Is the hdmi plugged into the monitor and is the monitor plugged in and on?
