passive/silent mode filter for CPU fans, GPU's, power supplys, and case fans on Amazon, Newegg and other websites?

Hi,

In the categories "CPU coolers, graphics cards, and power supplies", do websites like Amazon, Newegg, and other webshops selling computer parts, have a filter called something like passive/silent mode?

I have a graphics card where the fan, even with 3rd party software and in the BIOS settings, cannot be set below 30%, which corresponds to approx. 1600 rpm fan speed, which is definately audible.

Some newer graphics cards, depending on the manufacturer and model, have a function where the fan, if the graphics card is not really used and is running at a low temperature, can turn the fans off completely, and I believe it is the same for some CPU coolers and fans on power supplies, as well as loose fans you can put in your desktop computer, where these turn off automatically, but you also have the option, in fan control software, to manually set the fan speed to 0%.

It would be great to have such a filter so that you can shop for graphics cards and fans with this feature, so I hope it gets added at some point, if it doesn't already exist?

By filter you mean search filter? Mostly no. You might see tags for "low-noise" or "zero rpm" which would be also the search terms. For PSUs, there's could be filter for "fanless". But filters per websites are always connected to what webstore is offering. There's no point of adding filter if result is only one item. Instead, having filter for decibels or rpm or control methods would be beneficial for stores purposes.
