Why is my Hyper 212 LED not fitting into a B450-HDV R4.0 AM4 Socket?

So, be more detailed at what preventing the installation.
Is it the screw not aligning with the holes, or something else ?

And as @tkitch said
Pics of the cooler with the bracket installed as well as pic of the back bracket will help us determine what might be the problem as well

Don't worry, I did the same with my tower cooler, instructions are always unclear

Many other people have done the same
