Can an expensive DAC give me the authentic sound from a studio recording?

Many DACs use delta sigma oversampling just like 8x oversampling from 44.1khz content. Will it change the original real sound information?

I am using chromecast audio to stream audio to avr, but chromecast audio will resampling 44.1khz to 48khz. Is this called non-bitperfect and changing the original audio content?

You are only ever as strong as the weakest link in the chain. Spend as much as you want on the DAC, you're still pushing audio through the CCA.
Also, we're dealing with digital audio which is a quantized recording of a continuous phenomenon, you can't actually get to perfect authenticity.
