Hi Folks,

Need support to troubleshoot bootup of 

A63 Desktop (ThinkCentre) - Type 6674

When power button is pressed fans spins power button light is working but nothing else responds. Also it will keep its fan spinning it does not stop at all unless I long press PC on button or shutdown power.  How can I troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue. Try removing and reinstalling the RAM first. Sometimes if the CPU can't read all the RAM properly, the PC will get hung up before it puts anything on the screen.

I did try removing and installing ram, that did not helped even tried using 1 ram at a time still the same results also tried different slots individually. Also one more observation the disk light does not light up or blink that could be issue as also, for any reason if bios is completely messed up can I expect same results.
