Budget (including currency): $500-650/$700 (ignore dollar sign pretends its pounds my keyboard is american lmao)

Country: U.K

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Most popular games atm really , to name a few; Schedule 1, Rust, CS2,R6, Cyberpunk 2077 (gonna buy so want to have decent experience hence upgrading), The Finals etc etc i think you get the idea.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Play at 1080p 144hz 1920x1080 but might consider upgrading to 240hz if parts are good enough still playing at 1080p tho, probably going to buy in like 10 days when my paycheck comes in, upgrading from ryzen 7 2700x ,RX 570, MSI B450M Gaming Plus.

about 660 GBP and is the most meaningful gaming upgrade you can make

Provided your PSU can handle it tho since it isnt listed

If you disagree with anything I've said tell my why with logic not feeling

If you wanna correct smb do so with logic not anecdotes and feelings

That looks good ^^  Make sure to update the board's bios before swapping out cpu's and give this cooler a look seeing how that cpu can get warm.
