How long it takes to ship a pc case?

I ordered a micro atx case on march 26th and it still hasn't even shipped. I'm from Puerto Rico. Is this normal? I'm scared to cancel it because there are not a lot of white micro atx cases at such a good price on Amazon (Montech Air 100) my alternative is the Thermaltake H16 but maybe it'll take just as long and it doesn't look as clean as the Montech idk people with experience outside of america please help!

Ship from where? We can't give you an answer. Call the company that you bought it from.

how long it takes to ship a case is up to the company you bought it from.    

 

nobody can answer that.  

 

I've bought cases that shipped same day.  I've also bought cases that shipped 2+ weeks later.
