Bumping this topic because this issue still exists after replacing CPU+Rams+Board on my pc.

I want to shine some attention to this.

Ive been living up with this random issue for years and years!

Always thought it was me and always ignored it "kinda". I started replacing things on my pc. updating bios etc. thinking i would solve.

I came across this reddit post that shows some comments that explain in detail what the problem might be.

So the thing is. Is this a nvidia bug?
Is this normal to not be solved for this many years?

Do you think nvidia knows about it?

What can i do to not have this issue?

Reddit link:

The lag happens when we  open spotify, or nvidia app, and when starting windows as well.

Some say its related to: "the issue lies with the Nvidia when handling GUI elements in these apps—whether built on Qt, Electron, or similar frameworks."

That PC is listed in my sig.

There is no discreet GPU.

Why would it? This is much more likely a windows 11 bug...

Just recently had the same thing with a R9 7940hx... Turned off the iGPU and problem gone!

If you have an iGPU that's currently turned on, turn it off.

Otherwise install Windows 10 ig (lol)

I have a friend that has a 14900k and 4090 and this also happens to him.
