SSDs in new windows install

I rebuilt my pc and planned to use the SSDs I had for a clean windows install. After building pc, I went into the bios, which, shows both of my SSDs (one 120gb that I planned to use for the OS and one 1tb) under storage but when I went into the usb boot drive to install windows, it only showed the 1tb. After some failed troubleshooting, I decided to just install it on the 1tb ssd anyway. Now that windows 11 is installed, looking at my drives, it shows the 120gb ssd in question, but it says it's capacity is only 499mbs. Is there now something wrong with this ssd? This is the ssd that i previously had windows 10 on, but I assumed I could format it when installing 11, if it gave me that option.
