PC suddenly froze, restarted and an AMI screen appeared

I just booted up a game to play, everything was fine and then a few moments later everything suddenly froze. My screen froze, I couldn't tab out, it just stopped working basically. I was about to force shut down on the power button but then it unfroze and the game crashed which is what I was expecting to happen. I restarted my PC just to refresh everything, but when I restarted it this screen appeared. 

 

This photo isn't mine I just got it from the internet so the specs aren't what I have, but this is essentially what appeared on restart. 

I've had this screen once before when I installed a CPU driver from AMD Armoury Crate a few months ago. Since then it has not appeared until this moment.

 

Should I be worried about anything? I'm not too sure why my PC experienced this crash since I haven't done anything to it or downloaded any malware (at least I don't think I have)

There is a Windows update which I'm installing as I'm typing this and it's making my CPU just 10 degrees hotter which I'm assuming is normal when it's doing something like that.

 

Should I be concerned about what happened? I had a controller plugged in to charge when this happened so I'm not too sure if that was the cause for it or not
