A duffel bag should work, though I would put some corrogted cardboard inserts into it to make sure that my camera stuff dosen't jostle around and get broken. I would also look online for velcro camera bag partitions and for velcro padding that you can put on all sides of he bag.

you can also get a normal backpack and use an insert like this: https://fstopgear.com/product/shallow-medium-internal-camera-unit-icu/?currency=USD

this would also hide the camera gear quite well, though accessability might not be as good as with a dedicated camera bag.

IMO these don't scream too loud camera bag, but might not fit your price bracket. https://www.pgytech.com/de/collections/onemo-bags?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=CPC&utm_campaign=Search-EU-Brand&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwaLAweqqjAMVSZtoCR19ayfhEAAYASAAEgIfi_D_BwE

Pro-tip

Thieves don't care if the bag looks like a "insert object here" bag. They will take any bag that is easy to grab and then check out what is in it later. It's 2025, thieves are aware that *most* poeple are carrying tech. The goal is you make yourself a worse target than the next person. Keep you bag on tight, sternum and waist strap done up. Avoid empty streets. Etc.
