What to do after new fan and controller installation...

Hey all, I recently replaced the front intake fans on my Montech Max Air 903, with some nice new Noctua ones. 

At first, I replaced the stock 140mm fans from Montech, with some 120mm Noctua ones, but temps got worse,

so today I replaced the 120mm Noctua fans, with 140mm Noctua fans. I have the 3 fans hooked up to a Corsair 

commander fan controller.... Here is my question, do I need to disable or enable anything in my BIOS since I'm 

using a new fan controller? Or will I be good with just setting my desired fan curves, and leaving it be?
