Like the title said suffer from stuttering in almost every game and i have done everything regarding hardware upgrades, software fixes, drivers and the bios but nothing helps.

I have swapped every component in my pc and used about 3 different intel cpus but the stutters remain. It could be that the hardware is not the issue nor the power in my house.

But still i have reinstalled windows countless times with and without software but it doesnt change anything.

If anyone was trying to fix a stuttering issue thats not hardware related where would you look and what would you do?

I used to have an entry level pc with a 12400f and 4060 ti, now i use a 4080 super with a 14700kf and more but the stutters remain the same.

If anyone needs more info let me know

- DDU and reinstall graphics drivers (and try older versions)

- Check if I got all the mobo drivers

- Update mobo bios

- Uninstall bloatware

- Check for viruses / strange apps

- Move game to ssd

- Reinstall Windows

- Switch between Win10/11

- Check Linux Performance

- Test Memory

- Check Storage Health

- Reseat Hardware (or try different slots)

- Check for visible damage to mobo and psu / connectors

- Try diff GPU

- Try diff PSU

- Try diff CPU

By the sounds of it tho, you've done all of these so I doubt this will be of much help

MSI afterburner can cause stuttering. In this video, he gains 50-100% increase in 0.1% lows by disabling GPU power monitoring. Remove MSI hardware statistic tracking entirely if you want to be safe, watch the video entirely to know what you need to know.

Its kinda crazy at this point i think it must be something with the bios or a setting since i have done all of these and theres no change.

Since i have the stutters from the begining that means that the issue stayed as i changed hardware, even my motherboard since i got the same gigabyte ultra durable one just from a different line so the bios is the same.

I know its not hardware since i have tested 3 cpus, 2 gpus, and 3 psu. So it must be a gigabyte driver or something in the bios idk.

At that point, i'd check performance on linux and see if there's any difference. Have you also tried to switch the monitor and/or hdmi/dp cables? Enable/Disable vsync etc?

I have tried different cables and even monitors but results the same and gsync its always disabled but enabling it doesnt fix it.

In the NVIDIA app settings, there's an option called NVIDIA overlay that's typically enabled by default. Turn that off as it's notorious for causing these stutters.

I dont even have the nvidia app installed, i just have the drivers from the Page, the game, windows updates, and msi afterburner. Thats all that is installed on my pc right now.
