Why my sapphire Rx 470 8gb core clock speed is 1000mhz and no boost clock speed

Why my sapphire Rx 470 8gb showing default core clock speed 1000mhz, and there is no boost clock showing anywhere, I have cooler master v2 80+ bronze 450watt psu. Other Rx 470 has boost core clock speed 1200-1250mhz.

First try resetting default tuning settings.

Try using DDU to do a clean uninstall of the graphics driver, then install the latest driver from AMD's website:

If that doesn't fix it then check to see if your GPU has a switch on it and flip it when the PC is off
