Hi Guys,

i have had this problem for a while now, that my CPU Cooling starts to rattle when the CPU is under load. I checked the temperature, and it was very high (as you can see in the video). I wonder if it's a bad setting or if the cooling just doesn't work properly. Today I changed the fans to PWM from DC in Bios, it didn't change much.

Between the two recordings I changed the NZXT Profile, just if you wonder.

My CPU, Cooling, Case is:

- i5-13600KF

- Deepcool LE500 Marrs

- NZXT H5 Flow

Anyone any suggestions?

either there's an air bubble trapped in your pump or your pumps going bad.

How can I check if there's an air bubble?

The system is about 1.5 years old btw, it's my first post here, so it's kind of unprofessional, I'm sorry.

Built the PC yourself or did it arrive assembled?

So the temps were okay before but now are suddenly high? 100C is very high btw, basically danger level where the CPU has to slow down to prevent internal silicon from melting/degrading.

If it's a sudden temp increase, might be pump, because if pump doesn't spin, the water doesn't flow to cooler to get cold, and cold water doesn't flow from radiator back near CPU.

I built it (or it was built) by some friends that know more about pcs than me.

Before, everything was in the green, no rattling noises and temps were alright.

99,9% AIO's fault:

  • very high temps
  • weird cooler noise

Either failed AIO/pump, or I don't know, is the pump under warranty?

It is within the warranty period of three years, I just demanded their customer service, let's see what happens. Thanks for your help so far!
