so i got this laptop off facebook for really cheap and  you know i kinda figured the laptop was at fault. but found out it only happens on windows 10 and it gets really annoying and glitches everything and creates some weird window border forcing into 4:9 but n

so heres a video

and it only does it on windows 10. i've tried ram, hard drives, os reinstalls. different drivers and different windows 10 versions... everything and the only way i could get it to stop was to install windows 7 i haven't tried 8.1 but

so how it happens is if i leave my mouse still on the screen for lets say anywhere from 1-4 minutes and then try to move it this happens and it wont stop until i stop moving my mouse and sometimes it wont happen at all. its really annoying and weird and i don't know why this happens.

ive owned  another hd 3000 laptop before and had 10 without any issues so this is diffenelty a new issue to me.

im looking for some insight and ideas here cause while its fun to run windows 7 you cant offically run anything so im looking for some ideas

this is a dell inspirion n4110

ot idk how to explain it

Based on the issue being the OS, as well as the age of the hardware, it's definitely a driver thing.

Suggested steps:

1. Does everything work fine when in BIOS?

2. Check windows settings for driver updates

3. Check if the issue persists when booting Windows into Safe Mode

4. Try using DDU
