NVidia Driver Update threw an "Unknown GPU" error...

Hi all,

I just updated my NVidia drivers to v572.83, and as soon as the installation finished my PC threw this error message:

So far there have been no issues, I am typing this post on the PC as a matter of fact. I wanted to see if anyone had ideas on what could have caused this?
