Trouble findinig things that explain how to make a server for gaming.

I am trying to learn how to take my gaming pc that I use and also use it for a game server until I can build a pc for only server.     I want to make a server for Life in the Village 3 Mine craft.    I have the file download for the server version,  how do I make my pc into a server for the game?  Ive tried Youtube but all I see are videos for regular Mine craft server or Life in the Village 2 Mine craft server.

I suggest, watching level 1 techs. best i can do. I'm sorry i cant say more.

however , they have a good tut to get it done. If you don't understand something, use Discord  to find "brotherhood of level 1" and ask Wendel. He has helped me many times in the past and I'm sure, if its compelling enough, he will help you as well
