Building my first PC for Gaming

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Red dead Redemption 2, GTA V, F1 24, Assetto Corsa, City Skylines, City Skylines 2, Minecraft, iRacing

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): upgrading from my Laptop, plan to buy is as soon as possible, 1080p-4k

In the picture I put the PC me and a friend configurated and I wanted to ask if it can run these Games and will also be good for new games that are released as well as if all the components work together.

That's a very old system you've compiled.

Is 1k Eur hardcap? You can get an absolute monster for 1.1k Eur. I warmly, warmly recommend spending that 100eur extra:
