drivers conflict possible Dolby and Fortemedia

when windows install audio drivers i just see dolby apo swc but if i go to lenovo site and install audio drivers it installs  Fortemedia samsoft effects so is it possible that Dolby APO and Fortemedia both process audio effects so having both enabled could cause conflicts, leading to generic audio output, missing effects, or reduced audio quality ?  

 its lenovo t495 amd laptop
