I upgraded my pc with a MSI mag b650 tomahawk wifi, r7 9800x3d and Kingston fury 2x16gb 6000mts cl30 ram, I have a cooler master 850 watt psu and rx 6950 xt. When the gpu is inserted and powers up but no display, but if I take out the gpu it boots through the mobo. I don’t know what to do, I used another gpu and it booted but it did not show the gpu on desktop, just the igpu. I updated to latest bios but it did not help, reinserted ram but no luck. When the gpu is inserted the dram light is blinking on the mobo

Do you know if the 6950xt works? As in has it worked when you had it before?

I bought it half a year ago and it worked with my old setup, what I am going to try tomorrow is to download drivers for my old gpu and see if it is recognised on windows, my old gpu is 2080 super. If it shows up I am going to try the 6950 xt on another pc and see if it boots, it would be weird if the gpu died just like that but it’s not impossible I guess

I just downloaded the drivers and my old gpu works fine, I think the 6950 xt might actually have died, I’m gonna check tomorrow in another pc. I have a cooler master mwe 850 watt fully modular, you don’t think the gpu might have died because of the psu?
