I just ordered a black and gold 40oz. I'll check that out and report back. But I am inclined to agree with intel trademarks.

If it is a misprint, it is on a lot of 40 oz bottles. Including mine from years ago (sandstorm colorway w/ OG lid design)

Can confirm, I just got my 40oz a few days ago and it has the same alignment.
