Low FPS in Fullscreen mode

Go to solution Solved by XshooterX,

So after some more digging I found out the culprit was my second monitor. I don't think the games were recognizing my main monitor as the one I was playing on even though it was displayed on it. After unplugging it I think the system realized which monitor to use ( I did have to auto detect via in game settings in one title) but so far so good. Hope this helps someone with similar issues in the future

Finished building a new system with freshly installed Windows 11. When I'm in Fullscreen mode all the games that I have tested runs at around 60-80FPS with major stuttering. Ive noticed the total board power is only around 60-80 watts. When I go to window mode the system runs fine with the total board power going over 300, I no longer get any stuttering and my FPS is where it should be.

Few other things to note, I received this GPU before my other parts came so I installed it into my old PC and it ran games just fine (Was using Windows 10).

Also I have the latest drivers and bios updates. I have not done any overclocking either.

Current Build:

Gigabyte X870 Gaming Wifi6

Corsair 2x16GB DDR5 6000Mhz (Approved Ram on their list) running slot 2 and 4

Corsair RM850i PSU

Gigabyte Aorus 9070XT

Ryzen 7 9800x3d
