I would only change the AIO to smt like the Arctic liquid freezer 360mm or better yet 420mm and save some money while not losing anything of value

Motherboard is also very overkill and you could get away with a cheaper x870 board

Ram is fine but also you paid extra for the looks

TL DR is that nothing is bad per se its just that you could min max it and finely tune it a bit more

If you disagree with anything I've said tell my why with logic not feeling

If you wanna correct smb do so with logic not anecdotes and feelings

DON'T rebuy windows, just use your boot drive from your old pc, or use your old pc to create an installation media.

Or they could bind the license/key to a microsoft account and use that

Really it is much easier

Best possible advice.

4K 240Hz QD-OLED minimum with a budget like this, anything less and the 5090 goes to waste.

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2

Ryzen 7 5800x - XFX RX6600 - Asus STRIX B550i - 32GB DDR4-3200CL14 - Corsair SF750 - Lian Li O11 Mini - EK 360 AIO - Asus PG348Q
