I think it is connector issue (Desktop) or dead speaker (Desktop, Laptop).

1. Right-click the 'Speaker Icon' on the lower right corner of the taskbar.
2. Click Open Sound settings.
3. Click the Output 'Device properties'.
4. Set the balance level of the left and right speakers.

the left and right chancles are the same

Is it laptop or desktop?

If desktop check connector 3.5mm is in or plug in the different device to hear is there still no sound through left speaker. Maybe just spraker its self is dead. And try different speaker to plug in 3.5mm jack. Maybe is dirty inside etc. many things.

its acorss all audio including bluetooth in my desktop with a msi b550 a pro mobo

Quick search on google, looks like you are not alon with this issue. Did you tried to search drivers by Hardware_ID from Device mamager?

Boot a linux live USB and see if you get proper sound there. If it IS a windows problem, it will be fine in the linux environment and all you have to do is reinstall windows.

that whould be the 4 reinstall this week but it is fine in lunix lol

and installed the correct onboard audio drivers?

Fair, then this machine is haunted.
If it works in Linux and not in Windows, it's not a hardware issue. If you've installed the correct drivers it's not a driver issue. If it's happening with both BT and wired connections it's not a connector issue.

im chocking it up to windows nbeing windows since iv seen other people with the same issues
