Dead pixels and 1700 hours usage on a amazon warehouse LG C3, what do now?

Hi everyone, I finally moved on to an OLED on the PC, I bought a LG 42 C3 on Amazon Warehouse, it was a used but the price was not bad and with a 20% discount I paid in total "only" 550 euros, this discount I requested because the panel I saw some Dead pixels in the edges (in the right edge at the bottom only one that remains dead in all colors), and in the edges on the left and on the right, one at the bottom and one at the top , these are small row near the tv frame (see three photos)

Among other things, I also discovered that this TV has already been used for 1700 hours, at this point what do you advise me to do? On Amazon it is no longer available to be purchased therefore either I keep it at the good price I paid or I make the return having to spend much more for another model, or could LG repair the panel in your opinion?

My concern is that the dead pixels could increase over time, given that this TV has been used for many hours/months
thank you for you help

That color shifting alone would have me sending it back.

100% send back, defective, damaged monitor.

Secondly if I'm wrong, my apologise for misleading in this thread.

Brown marks or stains on a white screen, especially on a laptop or monitor, can be caused by various factors, including pressure damage, dirt, or even internal issues with the screen itself.

Honestly shame from Amazon, looks like they didn't check returned item or even who returned didn't mention this issue and get rid off.

Dude 1700 hours. That means it's been running for 24/7 for >70 days before the initial buyer sent it back. I bet this TV hasn't even seen a single pixel refresh cycle it's been on so much. The only way I'd keep this one is if LG does a warranty panel replacement. If you want to go that route, first open a return ticket on Amazon so the return window doesn't close up while you hash it out with LG. You can still cancel the Amazon return if LG cooperates.

It's actually kind of an achievement to use a TV this much and still stay within the return window.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
