To answer your question, wattage wise you should be good... IMO it's kind of near the upper limit but it should be ok ( this is assuming you have a CPU that is 120 tdp )

I can't speak for the connectors though...

This next part isn't related to the question, so you can ignore it if you wish...


As others have stated, I'd strongly recommend against going for the 5070... the lack of vram is known to cause stutters, I hate stutters... especially if I'm investing good $ into a solid GPU, so if you can squeeze a bit more to get the TI version I'd do that.

I recently built my PC and was trying to figure out which GPU to get, I ended up with the 9070 XT and so far am superbly happy with it. The only reason I was slightly tugged at going for team green was the better RT performance
One large reason I went more towards the 9070 XT is cause the nvidia 50 series dropped support for physx 32 bit, and I still play some oldschool games with my friends that use 32 bit, those would flat out not work on the 50 series (ie: Age of Mythology )
