I’m new to pcs and my mobo doesn’t have CPU_OPT or WATER_PUMP but i want to get an aio

Im currently running a 5600X and i have overheating issues when i put pressure on my gpu as it heats the system up and leads to my power just cutting so i want to get an aio to allow the pc to be able to cool down better but i dont know how it would work without these 2 pin connectors. my mobo is an a520m k v2

You sure it's heat that's the issue? This sounds more like a power supply issue.

What are the full system specs anyway? Include your current cooler, PSU (exact model), and case you're using it in.

You don't need a water pump header to use an AIO, just plug the pump into the CPU header and put the CPU fan on some random one. That said, I wouldn't really invest in an AIO for this system, a good air cooler should do the trick for less than half the price, if temps are even your issue in the first place.

the gpu runs at about 60 degrees and the cpu runs at about low to high 70s

Definitely not a overheating issue then.  Totally safe temperatures.

Something else is going on.

Temps aren't your issue, something else is. My first thought would be a dying PSU, but a bad motherboard is also a possibility.

A GPU is designed to be used 100%, this is what you want out of a GPU.

As  @RONOTHAN## mentioned, I am suspecting a dying PSU as well or a motherboard issue.

What cable?
Try elimate as many possibly causes as possible.  Go back to an old cable etc.

Did you change out all the cables in the PC when swapping PSU? Is the Corsair PSU modular?

yes it is and i’m locating the original cable from it now as it used to make a noise but in reality it was vibrating from the fact that it was slightly suspended

Okay.  Was the old PSU also modular?
Are you using any of the old cables with the new MSI PSU?

What exact cable did you swap?
Take a picture of it if you can.

So there's absolutely no thermal issue, you're 25C below any danger zone...
