please i would like to know is that looks like normal or issue?

I'm using Dell optiplex 5080 tower, 1 tb nvme ssd, 32 gb ram, Dell AMD Radeon RX 640 (just delivered), i7 10700 CPU

I believe the RX 640 is an OEM card, so it may have more display output capabilities (and accompanying audio outputs over its DisplayPort connections) than regular consumer cards do. If you don't need all those outputs, you can just Right-Click > Disable them.
