I recently built my first PC, and before this, I had no clue what I was doing. Everything seems to be working fine, but my main concern is cable management. How does it look?

Looks good to me.

Why is cable management a concern? Its mainly for aesthetic reasons.

This is better than mine.  Mine looks good in the front but the back looks like a rats nest haha.

stop being concerned,

some people just mash the cables and close the lid, that's why you don't ask PC builders if you can look at this area of their PC

most cables have rubber or other kind of sleeves that protect the wire and whatever they're touching, at least from electrical current, there's also nothing warm touching the wires either so yeah.

You did an excellent job for your first PC! Ignore the people questioning your achievement, that's just how forums are.

We never questioned the achivement in doing a good job with the cable management. OP certainly did well!

We questioned why OP is concerned about it.  Some people think its required for the system to run well, improved airflow etc etc.

If I was proud of an achievement and posted pictures of it, it sure wouldn't feel good if people asked me why I bothered. It's this pattern, and it's everywhere on every forum.

What are you on about?  We never questioned why he bothered or complained about the cable management.

Everyone said it was good.  Did you ever bother to read what we wrote?

We just asked why he was concerned about it.

He mentioned it was his first PC build and us asking why he was concerned about his cable management is to try and figure out the concern part.

New builders may be scared that good cable management is required for the PC to run smoothly or that bad cable management can affect airflow in a negative way etc etc.

It doesn't seem like he posted it to show of the achievement of cable management.
He literally is writing that he is concerned and also asking if its good.

I just got the impression they wanted to show off their nice work.
