Can't find my power pins on the mobo

I think they are asking for Power On pins on the FIO.

Sorry I think I meant the pin to connect to the power button on the case

Yup. It looks like there's a guide as to which pin does what printed on the edge of the board.

 

Unfortunately the "manual" on Biostar's site is just a guide to the BIOS, so that's no help here. 😕
